Jodi’s Jewelry Gems Currently Accepts:

Visa and MasterCard orders are also accepted via telephone. Your personal information is utilized for shipping purposes only and is not shared with or sold to any other company or organization.  All personal information is kept confidential to ensure your privacy.

Sales Tax:

All orders placed in the state of Wisconsin will be charged sales tax of 5.6%, per Wisconsin law.

Production

I am extremely proud that I personally hand make each individual piece of jewelry. 

Because I do not mass produce my product, your order will be shipped within seven (7) to ten (10) business days once payment has been received, unless you have an extremely large order. I will notify you via email if I cannot ship within this time limit.

Special Order Request:

Most large gift and bridal orders can be completed in a short period of time (approximately two to three weeks).  Email or Call me if you have concerns or questions.

Shipping & Handling

All products shipped are insured.

Your beautiful jewelry order will arrive already wrapped in a gold-foiled box with a bow, ready to be given as a gift! 

(I try to make your gift-giving easy for you!  Besides, I think it’s fun when you or your loved one receives a pretty, little box with a beautiful gift of Jodi’s Jewelry Gems inside.)

I will carefully complete your order and ship it “Insured” via USPS in a well-padded yellow envelope to ensure proper delivery.  Because jewelry is lightweight, shipping & handling charges are as follows:

1 – 3 lbs: $4.95
4 – 6 lbs: $5.95
7 – 9 lbs: $6.95
10 lbs. & up: $7.95

(PayPal will automatically add this charge to your order.)

Due to security reasons, I will not ship to post office boxes.

International Shipping:

I will gladly ship outside of the United States; however, shipping & handling charges may increase.  Please contact me via email prior to placing your order to ensure proper and adequate shipping & handling.  (Please provide me with the exact ship-to address so that provisions may be made accordingly.) 

Damaged Orders During Shipping

Do not return the item(s), as doing so will void the shipping insurance. Contact me regarding the situation.

You must retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as they may be requested by the shipping agent. I will file the claim for you and inform you of your role in this process.

Return Policy

My goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and wearing my jewelry. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and Jodi’s Jewelry Gems, the following return policy will be honored:

I am sure that you will absolutely love your Jodi’s Jewelry Gems order as much as I love making each item; however, it is important to me that you are happy with my designs and wearing my jewelry.  If this is not the case, please Email or Call me so that I can help.

If you choose to return your order, all returns must be made within five (5) days of shipment. Please be aware that a 15% restocking fee will be charged, and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, I ask that you first contact me via Email or Phone so that I can help. 

Shipping is not included in the total refund amount if the item arrives as stated. In addition, I will not grant any refunds on items which I feel have been tampered with in order to claim shipping costs due to the item being different than as stated in the item description. This will be left to my discretion upon receipt of the item(s).  – Please read all descriptions thoroughly, and if you have any questions, feel free to email or call me prior to making your purchase.

Requesting a Return:

Jodi’s Jewelry Gems will acknowledge your return request within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) and will guide you through the return process. You will ship the item back to me within three (3) days of acknowledgment of your request. 

The item must be returned in all of its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. It is recommend that you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt, as I am not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.

The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and Jodi’s Jewelry Gems.
After I have verified that the returned item is as originally sent, I will issue a full refund within three (3) days of shipment back to Jodi’s Jewelry Gems.

Additional Return Policy Information:

I will often allow the customer the choice of a refund or a store credit (in the form of a gift certificate) that can be used at any time.

Pricing

I am proud to say that the prices of my jewelry have not been raised during the last eight (8) years; however, I reserve the right to adjust my pricing according to the current market value.  Once you have placed an order, the price you paid at checkout is the price you will be charged.

I believe in giving my customers the highest quality products and the best service at an affordable rate.

Warranty

ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A THIRTY (30) DAY WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. If you have any questions feel free to call or Email me.

Changes to this Agreement

Jodi’s Jewelry Gems reserves the right, at our sole discretion to revise these terms, or any policy of this Site, at anytime. If Jodi’s Jewelry Gems decides to change this Terms of Sale, it will post a new version on this Site. It is your sole responsibility to keep up to date with our Terms of Sale.
